Browndot Business Seomyeon

I loved everything about the hotel. I've stayed in many hotels in Korea, and the staff here were the most friendliest and kindest people I've ever encountered. The staff made the stay so much more enjoyable. The hotel room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The shower/tub bathroom was huge and clean, too. The location is great, there's lots of restaurants and cafes around. A downtown area for shopping is just a 10 minute walk away, a Lotte Mall is just down the road, and a huge underground shopping area is also a few minutes walk away. Seomyeon Subway Station, which is a 10 minute-walk away, has Line 1 and Line 2, so it's easier to travel around Busan. There's also lots of different bus stops close-by. The next time I stay in Busan, I'll definitely choose this hotel again.

The staffs are very nice, location is good, room is spacious, bathroom is huge, everything is out of my expectations. Moreover, it provides free simple breakfast on working day, this restaurant is on floor 10. The main point is the restaurant is free to use for all guests in 24 hours basis. You can use the microwave, drinking water machine etc. Just remember to keep the place clean and tidy.

The room was really big, I loved the bathroom, it had both a shower and a tub, there was also a japanese-style toilet. The location is amazing, close to a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, cafés, the metro station is less than a 5 min walk.

The room is very spacious and clean. Room is quiet. No street or hallway noise. Hotel is near 2 train lines. Lots eating options within walking distance of the hotel.

I liked the little thoughts that the staff put into welcoming us. They prepared a gift with handwritten note knowing it's a birthday celebration trip. Service was superb. The check-out time is 11am (which is slightly earlier than many hotels i.e. 12pm), and it is chargeable if you need an extension, but they gave us complimentary late check-out for the birthday celebration. Also, room is clean and tidy :) Toilet is spacious and come with essential toiletries.
